Two Little Girls

Two little girls played together
Holding hands promising forever
Together they danced and sang
Together they shouted and ran.

The little journey to school
In the weather hot or cool
Dressed up they used to prance
To avoid getting late by chance.

Sharing their little secrets,
Caring for each other’s regrets,
An unending love was found,
In whatsoever goes around.

Life took them to separate ways,
Away from each other through days,
Both had their unique quest
With their bond at its best.
